Hunter Greenlaw, Jr. - GLMG President

A native of Stafford County, Virginia, Hunter has specialized in commercial real restate since 1972. His background is in real estate development, finance and marketing. He takes care of his customers and clients with honesty and integrity which have earned him a solid reputation in the area with a large volume of repeat business. He has developed many contacts with all the local governments in the Fredericksburg region.

 

Currently President of GLMG, Inc, General Contractors, he has developed medical offices, and mixed use projects that include residential apartments and condos with office and retail space, churches, historic properties, and many office/industrial parks. When working with clients, he can assist in choosing sites, selecting architects and engineers, working up budget numbers and proforma’s, choosing the best financing, and working with local 

governments to obtain different zoning or special use permits. His diverse experience of commercial sales, leasing, investment and construction, gives clients an advantage, as well as having firsthand knowledge of the area.
